Sitting at one of Chicharroland’s tables to enjoy a meal affords the opportunity to see a little slice of the restaurant’s relationship with the neighborhood. Quite a few people come in to order their carnitas by the pound, and have a small chat with the crew here. It seems like the owners and staff know just about everyone’s order, and have it queued into the system before they walk from the door to the counter. B
