I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. I requested crunchy onions to be added on top of my sushi roll or served on the side, and my request was denied by the owner. I ordered the Sunburst Salmon roll. Janet our waitress was very pleasant and apologized for being denied my request. As it was not her call to make. As a paying customer, I found this interaction unnecessary and unaccommodating, especially since the request was simple and reasonable. SO good! I was here once before and it was delicious. Came back and found that it has changed ownership. I was disappointed at first but quickly found that the changes to the menu layout actually made ordering easier. All of our dishes were excellent. I am picturing the Baja Burrito Roll which may be the best roll I've ever had-- fresh and packed full of flavor.
