Kinda hard to mess up a quesadilla. Traveling and thought I'd try on my 15yr old son's behalf. The Evan Boling No.1 was pretty good. Chicken, bacon, jalapeños, and white cheese blend wasn't bad for the price. $18.44 incl tax and medium drink did the job. I'd bring my son here. Better than fast food and tasted fresh. Good music inside too.

Nice little place in downtown Visalia. It’s located with a few other shops in a newly renovated building. Food was excellent, pretty good portions for the price. The avacado salsa was really good. Has some other interesting things I’d like to try too like the Sweet Dilla. Has a bar and a walk-up counter. I’ll definitely return!

Took off a star because they don’t have a restroom for customers and the beef could have used some salt. Enjoyed sitting outside, the quesadilla itself had pretty good flavor, but like I said under salted. Also ordered chips and queso, liked the queso, but felt slightly overpriced at $8 for the amount you get. My colleague enjoyed his food. Think I might try something different next time I’m in town. Also the salsa left something to be desired.
