What a spot. Been coming for 5 years. But looks like recently the game has gone to their head… They’ve accepted the redevelopment offer and all of sudden everything changed - new terminal with the 25% tip options says it all 😂 We get a hot fudge brownie on Sunday each week, for the past couple of years. This particular time it had hardly any hot fudge, so I thought I’d go back and kindly ask for one more pump - you know seeing this is an independent family spot that I’ve been coming to so regularly for so many years. The response? - oh that will be extra. Wait, sorry - there’s hardly any,

We were pleasantly surprised when we found this spot. We ordered brownie hot fudge sundaes & an Oreo shake, they were all great. I feel it was worth the price. We paid @$28 total. They had friendly service. There was a variety of outdoor seating as well. They do have another side of the building that serves food but that looked to be closed, the ice cream part of it stayed open later.

Not only is Peppertree the best but the owners are amazing, too. They frequently donate to Mission Vista High School, as well as many other organizations, I am sure. They have amazing smoothies, food, and ice cream, of course. This is a staple place to go in downtown Vista. They also have a wishing well and some benches and table seating. It's a nice place to just hang out.
