When it comes to Vietnamese restaurants, there are plethora to choose from in Vista, California. I recently discovered Tasty Phô, which is a small, locally-owned, family-owned shop outside of downtown. They are located just off of Santa Fe Ave. in a small shopping strip. The interior is very simple, with very little decor. It is also very small and only allows for about 25 customers seating. Amazing family-owned phở spot in Vista, CA! The owners are incredibly kind, and the phở is always delicious! I highly recommend the house special (beef, chicken, and shrimp) or the chicken phở. There’s usually little to no wait time (10-15 minutes max). My wife and I typically do takeout, but dining in is great too, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
