If you want the wrong food and an attitude for asking for substitutions this us your place. Went back twice and still didn’t get the right order. The they ignored me like I wasn’t standing there and gave me such rude attitude when they did respond. Never going back. For reference I got a double whopper no bun, no ketchup add mustard. When I went back because it had ketchup they gave me back the same lettuce (that still had ketchup on it cuz you can put a new patty in there but if you don’t replace the lettuce it’s going to have it 😒) with a single patty on top. I went back and said i ordered

This is the best BK in the area. They're always well staffed. The associates are friendly. The place is always clean and well lit. They get your order right. And what makes this place the best is that your burger doesn't look it was slapped together with toppings falling out all over. I guess you could call this pride in one's work. No matter what its called, they do it right.

Honestly, my 2 hamburgers were the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had. There certainly must have been an error when filling the bag. These hamburgers were so dry, I could hardly swallow them. They must have been cooked yesterday, or possibly early this morning. I bought these at about 2.pm. Never had an experience like this with BK before. Still can’t believe it.
