My girlfriend and I pulled up through the drive thru around 1 PM. This was our second time at this Wendy's since the first time was a good experience. I wish I could say the same for this visit. If I could give the costumer service at this location zero stars I would. We aren't very familiar with the menu, so the ordering process wasn't as smooth as we would have liked. This has to be the worst Wendys. Wendys use to have quality food and decent service. Both have degraded over the years. I use to eat at Wendys frequently, now very rarely. Chick Filet, Cook Out, offer better quality and exceptional service. It use to be an financial decision to eat at a fast food restraunt, now it cost $15-$20 to eat fast food. I read this morning that Wendys is in financal trouble. It is hard to feel sorry for a restraunt chain that has failed due to their poor management. People want quality both the food and the service. We had dinner at Wendy's tonight, it wasn't great and it wasn't bad. Starting with the good, the staff is very friendly and patient. Prices were decent for the meals we got, the $4 bag and $5 bag. The account if did you get for the price is a good deal. The food was mediocre. The burger didn't seem fresh, almost like it had been left over from lunch. The chicken nuggets left a lot to be desired, the meat was blend and the breading was like cardboard. On the plus side, the fries were good. We may or may not be back...

I accidentally ordered at the wrong store but when I tried to cancel it kept saying “oops, something went wrong” and I couldn’t cancel or transfer to the correct store. When I got to the intended store (Capital Blvd, Wake Forest, NC), the manager said there was nothing he could do on his end and said he couldn’t even try calling the other store to see if they could transfer it for me. He said I would need to go to the other store, which is on the other side of town. I called the other store myself and their manager said it would be no problem to transfer it over.
