Really quite a fun & clever dining model. Choose your bowl size. There's an extensive ingredient buffet of veggies, meats, tofu, seafood, and vege dogs. Fill your bowl with whatever you like. Top it with any combo of the almost a dozen sauces and take it to the grill where they cook it all up for you at your chosen slice level. We really enjoyed our bowls. Also can come with a side of rice and a drink. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I would definitely recommend this place 100% its fresh, healthy, and delicious! I love the fact that I get to pick all my ingredients and get to watch them cook it.. The shortness of the flavor depends on what you put on it. Also while cooking.. The taste is absolutely amazing. However it is sad to see how empty it is in here.. I can only imagine that people don't really know about this place... Trust me guts this is a must visit!! I'm a picky eater and this is now one of my favorite places!!! The price isn't too bad.. This was a really great experience! The service was excellent and the food was even better! I went there, for the first time with my family and we all had a perfect meal, save my slightly overachieving Brother-in-law, who made his bowl too spicy. He ate it, anyway, in spite of us all making fun of him, as the sweat dripped off of his face...
