What a cute little intimate spot for a delicious Italian dinner! We went during Restaurant Week which was a great deal of one appetizer, entree, and dessert for $45/pp! We order the caesar salad, arancini, meatballs, and the ricotta toast! All were VERY good. I would get them again. The arancini has mushrooms INSIDE the rice ball which I never experienced before. Fresh made pasta, tasty seafood, perfect portions, creamy cheese dip, pricing is acceptable for the value you receive, & BYOB Cute little restaurant, cozy atmosphere with a hip vibe. There was only 1 person serving the entire restaurant, given the limited seatings, I guess you don’t need more than one. The server was busy and maintained attentive to all the tables, good service. High walking score, walkable to Reading Station and more. Definitely recommend by @WineDinenVacay

We had a great experience at Mercato! The food was delicious from start to finish. We began with the whipped ricotta appetizer, which was creamy and flavorful, and a perfect way to start the meal. For the main course, I had the rigatoni vodka, and it was excellent and rich, well-balanced, and cooked just right. We ended with the tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet finish. Overall, a really enjoyable dining experience with great food. Rita was a very good server. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly.

It's been awhile since we last had dinner at Mercato, and based on the food last night, I wish we ate here much more often. Mercato is a BYOB, Italian influenced, and their food is simply delicious. Since there were four of us, and their starters looked so good, and we are gearing up for bathing suit season, our "dates" didn't want too much pasta (which is excellent here!!!). So we ordered the grilled artichokes, caesar salad, mussels, and their meatballs, all small plates but very nice portions! Then we all shared the short rib ravioli, which was incredible.
