Got takeout and was disappointed. Celery was going gross on both ends. Fried pickles were not cooked all the way. Weird. You could clearly see they weren't cooked. BBQ sauce wings were spicy and that is not normal. Tots were good.

How to make a first impression: Saturday dinner hour most tables empty but we were told to wait 10 minutes. We could sit on a bench in the hall. We went to bar for a beer. Bar told us to go back to host to get wristband. Not offered on entry. Can't order a beer/iced tea (which tea machine is broken of course) without ordering a food item. Back to the bench. Food was terrible. Took over 45 minutes to get our food and food, if you could call it food, was inedible. My granddaughter ordered Mac and cheese. It was cold, rubbery and disgusting. The boneless wings were not good. The appetizers were cold and tasted like frozen food you buy at the store. I was hopeful that the bar would at least have something to offer that was decent. That was also a let down. Took 30 minutes to get a long Island. I dont know why it took that long since we were the only ones there. Never did get the second drink I ordered because we left after waiting another 30 minutes.

Man, we were super disappointed with our visit this evening at BWW Riverdale. We had a very emotional gal as the hostess. She walked by multiple times saying just one more minute, one more minute. She also promised me the wait time wouldn't exceed 30 minutes, 45 at the most. When we nicely asked when we'd be seated after our wait time was past, she got really weirdly aggressive with us and told us to give her a second.
