Review for Buffalo Wild Wings: Super Bowl Sunday I placed my wing order early in the morning specifically to avoid issues on Super Bowl Sunday. When I arrived, the parking lot was packed, which is expected on a major sports day. That’s not the problem. The problem was the complete lack of organization once inside. I was directed to walk past a large crowd to hand my receipt to another employee, only to find myself standing in the middle of a massive group with no clear system, no order, and no direction. I had a frustrating experience picking up a delivery order here. When I arrived, I showed ‘Keisha R.’ the order on my phone and was instructed to wait near the entrance. I waited while other delivery drivers received their orders, and when I finally asked about mine, I was told that I “didn’t speak up,” even though I had already checked in. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand restaurants get busy, but delivery drivers and customers still deserve respectful communication. As far as what they are i would say they do very well. I love their wings, dripping with ranch and blue cheese. The breading is always crunchy on the boneless but if you like it wet get the bone in. They have deserts and lots of beer. If you want a quiet place then don't come here. Very good looking wait staff 😉
