I ordered 4 drinks and a donut, paid, and was told to pull up to the brown door. When the employee brought out my order, she rushed back inside so quickly that I couldn't even tell her she missed one of my drinks. I went back to the window to let them know. I also wanted to tell them that another drink was missing whipped cream, but before I could finish, they told me to go back to the door. I waited at the window for just 5 seconds to try and explain the full issue so they wouldn't have to keep running back and forth, but the employee pointed at the door and literally screamed "GO TO THE DOOR

When I paid in cash the cashier took my change and put it in a tip jar and only gave me the receipt. Then the next time I went I wasn’t given my full amount back and when I said something they went in the tip jar and gave me my 1.76 back. And now today my coffee taste like sanitize solution. I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts on Hamilton and the sanitize solution taste exactly how it smells. One of the employees had their children sitting in the lobby. I took a big sip and immediately threw up. That store is starting to get worse and worse

I ordered protein refresher With less ice croissant egg and cheese they didn’t heat the crossiant and they put half of ice in my refresher I told in my ticket and every time I need less and she didn’t respond in a good way I don’t know they think they are giving free food every time they are messing my food I swear every day every time
