I used to work at Hardee’s on Franklin myself early in my teen hood, I went there to get breakfast today and I would’ve never imagine seeing the establishment as discombobulated an Inprofessional as it is. People in drive-through waiting over 20-30 minutes, I am a victim of that myself. I was in drive-throug, instructed to pull ahead waited 25 minutes so I proceeded to park in a regular parking spot to go inside and wait 10 more minutes for my food to be prepped and given to me. just save your money. Save your time, eat at home if it’s really bad just starve, but this is not this is not it 2

Had lunch here yesterday for the first & last time. The employees were upset they had to wait on us. The restaurant was disgusting, employees had cigarettes & lighter on the coffee maker, the counter was cluttered with a mess of stuff. We should have left but stayed and it literally took 20 minutes to get our food. Poor guy came in after us, we had finished our food before he had gotten to order! This place needs new Management!! I have pictures of this mess!

McDonald's is more popular because the food and service is more consistent. People like consistency. I'll take inconsistent it it gives me a chance at much better food. McDonald's is always a 3.5, while Hardee's is 2.5-5.

Went in this morning for 3 breakfast platters. Ordered them all with bacon to make it easier, got 3 platters with sausage. Hardly any tator tots with meals and sausage looked burnt. The gravy was so salty and with the biscuit in the gravy it was even saltier. Disappointed it wasn't better like it used to be and upset I spent my money on an inaccurate, salty breakfast.
