I have been to this location multiple times. Very seldom do they actually get my order correct. I always order the same thing, very simple in my opinion. Yet, still almost every visit here it is messed up. I order a cheese quesadilla with extra cheese and no sauce. Tonight I received a quesadilla with cheese, chicken and sauce on it. Honestly it’s disappointing, normally this happens after a long day at work when I stop to grab a quick meal and don’t see the mistakes until I get home. I went through the drive through about 20 minutes ago and I had the worst experience ever. My nachos bellgrande were much pequenño( very small). They had little toppings no toppings. We also got a beefy five layer and it had little beef and sause. Everything we got was poorly made. Service was upsetting. Do not recommend.

Upper management is really bad. This place fires a lot of there good workers that’s is the reason why the service went down hill. I came in and got a $9 box and I told them several times I didn’t want sour cream. I had to come back three time just for them to get it right, All at the same time they were so rude well the two employees who was in there A lot of the employees were sitting outside. They remodel these places for upper to sit back and not train there people. This is really sad

Worst experience ever last Sunday. Unfortunately I stayed in the drive thru lane waiting after placing a mobile order. I should have left after the first 15 minutes of waiting. I literally waited over 45 minutes for 4 cars in front of me. And after waiting that long not even an apology for the wait. Something is seriously wrong with management here. The only cherry on top was the order was correct and tasted delicious, oops they forgot napkins though. Not recommended. I would never come here again unless I knew there was new management or employees.
