Ordered a large fry and definitely got a small fry in a large bag...also I ordered a burger, which was pink and COLD in the middle and they wouldn't remake it. The old man in the red shirt has ZERO customer service skills is very rude and condescending and blamed me for not asking for it well done. When every other McDonald's gets it right this one doesn't If I wanted a cold burger I'd go to the dumpster out back and fish one out.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. The service here was terrible. We had a long wait for our order—that much I could overlook. I watched them preparing our food, and I specifically saw them putting the sauces into a separate small bag. However, when I was called up to collect the order, I couldn't find the bag of sauces anywhere. They weren't inside the main bag with the burgers, either. We asked for the sauces, but we couldn't even find a staff member to hand them to us. Then, as we went to pick up the bag containing the burgers, it completely fell apart rig

Atmosphere sucks they don’t bring you your food when you dine in they just scream your name like what’s the point of getting a number. My burger was dry as the bun the placed on it. The fries sucked tasted beyond greasy and they double fried them because the company is lazy and wants to save on money so if they don’t want to throw it away they just fry it again and same with the chicken nuggets I know I usually get a 5 dollar mean but I’m purchasing something and I always expect it to be cooked when I order it not just giving me some bs meal. I’m sure they wouldn’t like it I did that to them.

Placed an order right at 10am. Went in an hour later because I was working. I already knew my food would be cold, I would not complain. But I arrive and everyone is ignoring me. A girl comes over and says my food was waiting for 4 hours, while giving me attitude. My receipt shows the time I placed it. Then, another lady comes over to ask me if I want my food still. Of course I’d want my food. I tell them it’s okay, I’ll just take my Powerade. The lady then says she can’t give me Powerade. The staff does not provide any resolution or are willing to help me.
