Ordered online for delivery as I was stuck at work. Quoted 45 min. For delivery but it took 90 minutes to get the food. Checked the order and hour in and it was still being "prepared". When I finally got the order, the salad was missing the dressing and the soup cup wasn't very full. Ive tried this location a couple times because it's close and has better options than a burger. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back. For $20 I would expect salad dressing.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 soups at 6:30 and didn't get my order until well after 7:40. They didn't even have the drive through open and only a handful of customers in the lobby... The food was prepared okay but clearly hastily. Don't run a chain if you can't handle it. An hour wait for a sandwich is rediculous.

Not really a Karen but… The quality of the product has gone down exponentially. Avocados are so hard and unripe you can’t even saw through them with a knife. The “new recipe” sandwiches are just shrinkflation and have bread slices as thin as humanly possible. Sandwich half is almost 8 dollars and is smaller than ever. It’s just sad. Last time I ever eat here and cancelling my sip club.

One would think that at $9.40 for a chicken sandwhich that, A) the chicken would be layered evenly and not have 3/4 of it located in the middle, B) That the tomatoes would not be stacked up on top of each other, C) That the bacon would not be fried crisp, D) That the bread would be able to withstand the contents of the sandwhich w/o crumbling and making it super sloppy, D) That it would be of sufficient size to fill me up. I guess when they take a completely great Italian sandwich and mess that up by changing it to some fru fru stuff that ah nevermind.
