Emily was the greatest clerk. She went above and beyond to accommodate my husband's request. Terrific customer support skills. Food is fantastic as well. Burgers cooked to perfection. Hubby is gluten intolerant and they can accommodate this better than any other fast food company. Greatly appreciated the opportunity to eat out safely.

We took 5 of the grandkids out for ice cream . They have a few flavors of ice cream. you can also get shakes. So some of the grandkids wanted a shake, and some of them got ice cream with sprinkles, no matter what they got,It was a very nice time sitting around talking with them and eating Ice cream. Every SINGLE time I come here, they forget at least one item. The people are friendly enough, and I would love to be able to leave a better review, but it is beyond frustrating. It’s not just me who has had this experience either. Unprompted, my coworker started complaining about the same issue. He made it all the way home before realizing he was a sandwich short. He walked there, so going back was not an option for him. He said they always mess his order up, and that this was the one time he forgot to check the order first before leaving.
