If the workers aren’t rude, lobby isn’t dirty, the food somehow still dissapoints. I had went last night after a closing shift deciding to get dinner, but was instead served a sandwich that is basically still making noises…. disgusting to say the least

Holy smokes these folks actually give a Farquhar about customer experience. Well they actually just gave me exactly what I ordered, but that’s the 1st time in at least 30 years of stopping at McDonald’s. The only problem is it’ll probably be another 30 years before some one knows that’s extra pickles means more than 3. Big plus that they didn’t make me pull forward just to cheat on their window time like most other McDonald’s do. It’s unfortunate that only lower middle management will see this. Order 1411.

The last couple times I have come here it has been a joke. They got my entire order wrong and when I called to let them know I had a rude lady answer and hang up on me...then I come to get breakfast and a lady again was rude saying she put a hash brown in my bag and witch she did at the very bottom I couldnt see it so she grabbed my bag a stuck her nasty finger in it to pull it from the bottom 🤮 I have one more issue and I will be calling corporate. Get it together cause you all are failing big time

Went to this McDonald's. The food and service is usually decent. More the food than anything. But I came tonight around 11:30 pm after I had just gotten off work for some food and I went through the drive thru. Ordered a kids meal and quarter pounder with cheese. My fries were hot and fresh but when I got home to eat my burger it was cold and dry. Not to mention the MANAGER that took my order was rude and unhelpful. She told me to give her a minute so I sat at the speaker for 6 minutes before she came back and was rude saying "Are you ready to order yet" in a snobby tone. Unfortunately I didn'
