Man I walk in and the older lady is taking my order and I asked her for 2 bowls. Now the first bowl had a good amount of rice but the second bowl didn’t so I asked if I could get some more rice in the bowl and she then catches a whole attitude with me. So I shrugged it off and kept it pushing. She passed my food to another person and walk to the back and that guy she passed my food to was cool as hell. This location is horrible. Most times you go in the hot station is a disgusting mess. I purchased a burrito last night and the service was horrible. The young lady who took and made my order was rushing the customers through and slopping the orders together without listening to the customer. She missed half of what I asked for on the burrito and after repeating myself multiple times I took the burrito the way she made it, only to get home and find it was void of flavor. i will not be visiting this location again even though it is close to my home. Honestly, this felt like a sealed fate—destined to happen. I had too good of a day at work, and clearly, the universe needed to humble me back to the cruel reality of life. And there’s no better place to assist with that than this particular Qdoba. I came here out of convenience. I usually go to the 124th & Capitol location, and wow... they showed me exactly why deviating from that was a poor decision.
