I don’t even know where to start other than “immaculate!” The customer from the woman that took my order and her knowledge of the product they were selling was too tier. I ordered a Brown sugar Banana matcha, a La Niña Fresa matcha, Dark Cherry matcha and a honey comb latte. The dark cherry matcha was recommended by the woman working there and she gets a 10/10 for that because it was my absolute favorite! All the drinks were good but the Dark Cherry really stood out. I first discovered Peaberry’s back when they were in the Dallas Bishop Arts District. I visited and instantly fell in love with their lavender coffee they even had that delicious drink in cans to-go, so you know I had to stock up! They recently relocated to the Waxahachie area, I just had to make the trip. Honestly, it was so worth the drive from Las Colinas! The new shop is perfectly tucked away in a cozy little nook, featuring a quaint patio with a gorgeous tree that adds the perfect vibe. One of the best things about this spot is that they seem to be one of the only true craft coffee shops
