Caramel via drive thru and what i got mostly milk this is supposed to get 2 shots of espresso however the taste looks points to one shot idk why but i have to throw this away Something doesn’t look right or maybe to little ice and to much milk

What was meant to be a relaxed coffee outing with my sister and the kids turned into a very unpleasant experience. The visit did not go as expected, as most of our drinks were made incorrectly—three out of four orders were wrong. When we asked for the drinks to be remade, the response from the staff felt rushed and unfriendly, and it was clear they were unhappy about correcting the mistakes. I ordered a drink and when the guy asked if I wanted cookie crumbles in it I said no. When I got home and drank it there were cookie crumbles in the bottom and I got very sick because I am allergic. They need to listen or they are going to put someone in the hospital.

I keep going to this place only because it as has a driver thru. But the service is not good, seems to take a long time, they’re not super friendly and today my food wasn’t cooked all the way through. Should be supporting local businesses so won’t be coming anymore.
