We go sometimes after church on Sunday. The manager is always polite and will usually strike up a conversation with you. The employees always greet you with an enthusiastic "welcome to Cici's!" There are video games if that is your thing. It can be a little loud because of kids playing video games and generally just having fun and being kids but not so loud where you can't have conversations with one another.

We came here with our youth group before and after camp and it was great both times! The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean. There was also plenty of food for the buffet both times! Thank you for fun and good meals!

Atmosphere is always great as long as kids playing and having fun doesn't bother you. Family friendly place, when we went the buffet was kind of empty, no salad, no pasta, barely any pizza but they were super busy. They always have a nice variety of pizza and desserts. We will return as it gives me a Lil peace while the kids enjoy the play/arcade area.

Zero stars! This place is absolutely awful! I can't express how terrible and dishonorable the manager was on 5/6/26. If a customer needs any type of assistance unhelpful and rude. I literally can't find the words to describe. Do not expect a full buffet either. Very limited choices out at one time. Don't come here if you are in anytime need of a quick meal. Will they make a pizza you request sure but don't come hungry because it takes 30 minutes to get a requested pizza. Anyway, I would not only think twice but do so several times before eating here. This is a regular problem.
