I think they could improve their customer service. My fiancé and I went in today and ordered two drinks with our meals, but we only got one at first. When we asked where the other one was, we were told that they were still making it. Why not just bring both out at the same time? It seems a bit inefficient and inconvenient. To top it off, the guy who brought our food mispronounced my name and didn’t greet us when he first came to the table. Especially when I thanked him for my food and he didn’t say ‘my pleasure’. Always a delicious meal here at Chick-fil-A. Service is impeccable- friendly, helpful and so courteous. Food quality is the best- hot and nice size pieces. I had their Southwest Salad with grilled nuggets and it was a large helping, tasty and fresh. My guest had the chicken strips and waffle fries which were perfect as usual. Outside parking is plentiful.

Insanely fast dine in ordered and literally 30 seconds later the food appeared even tho we came at a busy time around 5:45 with a busy drive through as well. Food tasted good . Person who took my order was new yet extremely nice. Food did make us a little bloated and hurt a little but that’s expected from fast food especially the fried items. Coming from Vegas this place is awesome!
