Had a wonderful experience at the Texas Roadhouse Weslaco location. The herb-crusted chicken was delicious, and the fried catfish was fresh and flavorful. Everything arrived piping hot and exactly as ordered. Even though this location is usually packed every time we visit, the management and staff do a great job moving customers to tables quickly and efficiently. We were originally quoted about a 25-30 minute wait, but checking in online while on our way helped tremendously, and our actual wait inside the restaurant was less than 10 minutes. Not sure if I liked the food or service more. Both were amazing especially the service. Lizette was my server was very nice, attentive to my needs and genuinely made sure everything was to my liking. The rest of the servers and managers would also check up on me to makesure I was satisfied. Truly felt cared for over here. Thanks again! 😊

Waited for Rolls 20 mins while all 15 other servers after us went by with rolls while taking others to their tables. Took even longer for our order to be taken. And my Prime Rib steak was Charbroiled to a Crisp when I asked for Med-well then my second one was partially Med-wel and the other half was Med-rare. Not to mention the Hell raising kids next to us beating on the table with their forks. Crappy service today!!!!

I love Texas Roadhouse. You can never go wrong with their chicken fried chicken and their seasoned rice is my absolute favorite from anywhere!! We have been to this location twice and the service is always great!!
