We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was a wonderful experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful in organizing everything. They handled the setup, guided the kids, and made sure the birthday schedule ran smoothly. Horrible Experience – Would Not Recommend We hosted our son’s birthday party on 5/31/26 at 4:00 PM, and it was honestly one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, at least 3 games we tried to play were broken as well as the carousel. At closing time, they literally turned the power off to the whole place to get people to leave. I've never experienced that before at any location including this one (I'm not necessarily against it, it definitely made it easier to get the kids out), my children were not impressed at that tactic. What started as a fun family day quickly last Sunday ended abruptly due to the staffs insensitivity towards my son with special needs. My family bought a package which included 2 Adventure Zone admissions. The staff forgot to give us the bracelets which wasn’t a big deal. When I realized this, I went and got them. My 6 year old is on the spectrum and is nonverbal. He doesn’t do well with things like wearing bracelets (sensory issue).
