Hmmm mixed review ahead! We recently celebrated a friend's birthday at Persis. While the drinks & the ambience were good, the food suffered. The aam panna cocktail was brilliant, as tropical 'n exotic as expected! The kala khatta did not ring in the authenticity except for the color may be? The food was delicious especially Gobi Manchurian and Veg Manchurian Fried Rice were fantastic and packed with flavor, though the Paneer Dosa was quite bland and lacked seasoning. While the service speed was excellent, the overall hospitality needs work; our server never checked on us or asked for feedback. At checkout, we were directly presented with a payment screen without being shown a receipt first. Good tasty meal, but the customer experience could be more professional.

I have been craving Indian food for a while, and my girlfriend and I have found this place on the side of the road during one of the farmers market events. Walked into this beautiful garden-like dining room and welcomed by the aroma of spices.
