I had a very disappointing experience at Panda Express recently. While waiting in line, I watched the staff serve customers ahead of me with generous, nicely portioned plates. However, when it was my turn, I was given what looked like the scraps left at the bottom of the trays — noticeably smaller portions and barely any of the actual entrée items. I politely asked if fresh items would be coming out soon, hoping to receive a portion similar to the customers before me. I was completely ignored. Food is the saving grace. Got there just after open. Apparently they dont start cooking until they open, which is fine, cant complain about fresh food. But I was second person to order for the day. They said because they just opened it was would 10-15 minutes, sure typically the wait time for food at a restaurant, but still a bit high for being at open and 2nd to order.... but I was there 35 minutes, watched 9 cars order and get food through the drive thru, 4 call in or online orders get picked up, and 2 walk ins that all received their food before me... I've been to a lot of panda expresses across the state, this is the second time ive been to this location. (I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on the second visit) came in at 11am and they had about 4 options available aside from their sides. Because if youre not doing their catering your a second rate customer. The first visit here was the same. You can tell the staff barely communicates.

I've been here 4 times to try and get the new brisket. Twice when they opened and twice in the evening. Never got it once. they never have it ready, even when they first open. Do better!
