Eating these sad cold half sauced wings as I type this review, I have always loved BWW my whole life growing up, never had a bad experience eating in or ordering out…well not tonight, I placed two orders, one for a 10pc boneless and one for a 15pc boneless. Living ten mins away you would assume the wings would still be even slightly warm after opening the pack. On top of that like I said the wings were LIGHTLY sauced, NOT TOSSED. It literally looks like they took a squeeze bottle of the sauce and just threw it on top of each flavor of wings, half of a single wing is bone dry and the other half

Took 20 min minutes to take our drink and appetizer order and 45 minutes to receive our food. took 20 minutes to get a refill on my drink (lemonade). It was not busy. there was 5 to 7 other customers there. for 15 minutes there was no one at the bar or anywhere to be found. when we finally got our food it was over cooked and my chicken wrap did not have the sauce on it, not even on the side. I do not recommend this buffalo wild wings. Corporate really needs to look into this restaurant.

The host was not friendly. The people behind the to-go station did not smile or welcome us. Our server was nice but somewhat inattentive. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dry and rubbery & the fries were disappointing. They looked as if they were freezer burnt and then cooked. Equivalent to McDonalds fries after they sit under the heat lamp for 6hrs. Over all a disappointing visit. The food here used to be really good and well prepared.

Sports and music are always great on point. Ordered margarita. Missed a few ingredients, no rim covering. Glass 3/4 full Rejected it. Charged for it anyways. Got change for bill. Was still charged for it. Then they took it off. Boneless wings were just cooked to much or old/stale. Dry. Sauses were extra flavorful. Idk of they add water to dry mixes to make them but definrly extra potent then every other time. Tuesday. Averagely busy. Very slow. Understaffed. School let out yesterday but still no labor. Dont forget it takes 5 mins just to get greeted and seated when you walk in. This locatio
