The manager here refuses to give accept my coupon that I received from corporate because she claims it needs to be signed and state that it’s specifically for that location—which is A COMPLETE LIE! I was able to use it at another Jack in the Box with no issue! The manager needs to be held accountable for making up lies. Not to mention the food at this jack in the box is no good and the whole reason I got the coupon in the first place was to compensate me for getting a chicken sandwich here that was hard as a rock. What a joke.

Three times ive gotten regular coke instead of the diet I ordered just in the past two weeks. Had to dump it out and eat without a drink. Tonight I got exactly ten French fried in my order. Ten. I counted. Four were not even an inch. No I did not eat any on my way home. Im done with this place. Service is so slow also. 20 mins in a drive thru is ridiculous.

“I had a frustrating experience at the Jack in the Box on Sepulveda in Torrance. The employee, named Cesar, rushed me and insisted on the wrong order number, even though I repeatedly corrected him. It felt rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, the food quality was disappointing. I won’t be returning.”
