Extremely disappointed with our takeout experience from Pizza Flame tonight. We ordered a large thin-crust beef with extra cheese and a 10-inch deep-dish BBQ chicken, also with extra cheese. Both pizzas completely missed the mark. The large thin crust was terribly burnt—the crust was literally black across most of the pizza. We also paid for extra cheese, but if what we got was considered "extra," I would hate to see what their regular cheese looks like because there was barely any on it at all. The deep-dish BBQ chicken pizza was just as frustrating. It was entirely overloaded with pineapple
