I stop by this Dunkin’ pretty often, and I have to shout out Dianelli for consistently great service. She’s always friendly, patient, and genuinely positive — even during busy rushes. You can tell she cares about doing her job well and making customers feel welcome. My order is always made correctly, and her attitude alone makes the stop worth it. Employees like her really make a difference and represent Dunkin’ well. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for over a year, and unfortunately the customer service has consistently been terrible. There always seem to be plenty of employees working, yet customers are almost always ignored. Not once have I been genuinely greeted or acknowledged when walking in. On the rare occasion someone does help, the interaction usually comes off as rude, dismissive, or condescending. The manager appears to be the only person who regularly interacts with customers, mainly for online orders and DoorDash drivers, and even those interactions are unpleasant. I stop here every day but I no longer will. I will spend my money where I am appreciated. Three female workers who worked today May 24, 2026 at 6pm. were rude and laughed when I was upset that sugar was dumped in the bottom of of coffee and not stirred. How hard is it to stir the coffee you serve? They literally laughed at the 1/4 cup of sugar at the bottom. Very rude. I tip every time I visit and you can't even stir the coffee. This is multiple times there. Teenagers work here do not care one bit. I will not spend one penny here again. I'll go across town spend my money where my iced coffee
