Today I was in the store and one of my favorite cashiers was working. I come up to the counter to hear her getting reprimanded by her manager. You should never for any reason have that type of conversation with an employee in front of customers. It made this cashier feel uncomfortable, you could see it on her face. This cashier is nothing but excellent and always asks me how I am and how my son is doing with true interest. She makes me feel warm and invited when I come to the store. I came in here to try and pick up a pizza and the woman working behind the counter was very rude. She was blaming everyone who was there saying that we weren't coming at the right time and rejected help making all of us wait even longer. I have been coming to Casey's for a very long time and have never felt so disrespected and like me being there was a problem.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carry out and when I arrived I was told that one of my pizzas needed to be remade and that it would be 7-8 minutes. At one time while waiting, about 5 other customers arrived and while waiting for their orders, a female employee called all the customers “Lazy” for ordering pizzas. After 20 minutes my order was still not complete. When I asked for an update they told me the pizza that they stated was made incorrectly when I arrived was actually the one that was correctly made and that they had never made my second pizza.
