The Chicharrón sandwich is a must have. My only complaint was the pork was a little bit dry but was still super tender and enjoyable. I will be back to try more. The seats are limited when busy. The employees are great here.

This place slaps. Their staff is super friendly and patient with an illiterate gringo like me, and their chicken is to die for. I love it so much that we even get it for our weekly lunches for the crew at work. The yuca is friend to perfection without any of the stringyness that I associate with faster places like Pollo Campero. Raices is better. Their plantains are soft and flavorful, beans delicious and GI friendly. Even though their chicken slays When I've been in person it was for my Fav Peruvian dish llomo saltado and here es me encanto

I went to eat at Raíces and while I was there, around 11:10 or so, one of the employees sneezed right over the food area where everything is kept and served. I’m not gonna lie, that was pretty nasty and uncomfortable. Stuff like that is not okay. It’s a health risk and could easily contaminate all the food being served. There should be better hygiene and awareness when you’re working around people’s meals.

This place is delicious! This is our go-to spot whenever we want peruvian chicken. Chicken is nicely flavored and the sides are always delicious. Price is worth it and quantity is great. We also decided to try something other than the chicken and got the lomos saltados, which was also delicious! Steak is nice and tender and flavorful and one of the few places I can get this dish. And of course, they have the green and yellow sauces, which they give a lot of without having to ask for more. Great service and great food.
