I used to really enjoy coming here but had an extremely upsetting experience here with the food quality recently. Until management steps in and takes control of what your staff is serving customers I will definitely not be back. I love chick fil a and will visit other locations but never again this one

If there is no other chick fila within a 20 mile radius then this one is as good as it gets. Service is exactly what you would expect for fast food and they’ll get your order correct 3 out of 5 times.

This location suuuucks it’s a bunch of young kids with horrible attitudes Asked for a regular sandwich no pickles they bagged a spicy sandwich WITH pickles on it (this was for my child that doesn’t like spicy food) Then your boy Angel answers the phone, I was not rude at all but he started speaking to me in a condescending tone about the receipt number talking to me like I’m stupid. Now you pissed me off, and yet I still didn’t go off on him. Teach your staff better customer service.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my recent experience at Chick-fil-A Victory & Fallbrook drive-thru. I ordered a spicy deluxe with no pickles and no tomatoes, and I was given a regular chicken sandwich with pickles. I left, came back around, explained the mistake, and they remade it but somehow it was still wrong. At that point, I didn’t even have the patience to go back again. I called and spoke to a manager about the situation. It took over three weeks to receive any type of follow-up or compensation.
