Ya'll!! I will never eat here again. My husband and I stopped for breakfast. We are truck drivers and frequent this truck stop often. First of all, the employees have only one look on their faces and that's one of " ya i love my job 🙄." They are not welcoming at all. We saw a couple be seated and then left. I overheard the man tell his wife that they didn't feel welcomed there. My husband and I got our food and started eating when we had a "friend" approach us. It was a roach! I was done and done. The waitress didn't charge us for our meal but that just 🤮. Never again!

Well first of all , being located IN the Petro truck stop the service NEEDS to be a WHOLE lot faster as truckdrivers are on a VERY tight schedule. The crew here is sparce to say the LEAST. When a waitress has to leave the floor to help cook is unacceptable. Corporate MUST take measures to increase the staff !!! I was here the day after Christmas and the waitress was very nice and service was good and coffee WAS plentiful !! THIS TIME ??? NOT at all. Had to flag her down after 30 minutes because she was doing 10 or more other tasks instead of checking on customers. Not her fault - CORPORATE !!!

First of all, I will never in my life eat here again. Yes the food is good, but the service is horrific all because I’m white they treated me bogus made me wait an hour and a half just to get a cup of milk snapped at me because I sat down and I’m a diabetic I needed to eat because I just took my insulin. Had to wait another 45 minutes for my food we come from Wisconsin we were in Alabama so we still have nine hours to go to drive home and this is how me and my daughter got treated to eat here at IHOP. Disgusting God does not like no ugly. We will never come back here and you shouldn’t either.
