Horrible service I actually got four drinks they were all disgusting, I should have known once I was in the drive thru that they sounded annoyed that it wasn’t going to be good. I’m sorry but if you’re choosing to work at a donut/ coffee shop you’re going to make drinks why are you getting mad about that, no flavor and gave it me the drinks half full, we will never come to this location again

I’m writing this review in hopes that it helps improve the customer experience at this location. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ many times and usually don’t have issues, but my most recent visit was disappointing and uncomfortable. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so I decided to use the self-order kiosk to place my order. While waiting, I observed one of the staff members preparing my 10 Munchkins. As she finished bagging them, she abruptly slammed the bag down on the counter for no clear reason. I absolutely LOVE this location! They’re one of the very few who have the chocolate dipped French Curler and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I will Continue to come by because they’re truly the best, my Monkey Business Cloud Latte was made to perfection! The drive-thru was closed today, but no biggie it gave me a rare chance to stretch my legs and go inside.
