The food was honestly messed up. The rice weren’t steamed properly or cooked in a way that felt fresh or comforting. I ordered beef chilli dry, and the meat wasn’t cooked well in the spices at all. The chicken in the Kung Pao was also off because it had a noticeable smell. Even the hot and sour soup was just mid. Overall, the whole order was really disappointing. The prices were high, but the food didn’t meet my expectations at all. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and taste. we came from texas to chicago as tourist and decided to try usmania out and everything was awful. the hot n sour soup had big chunks of vegetables and they were overcooked to the points carrots tasted like boiled potatoes. the noodles were SOUPY?? soupy noodles and so overcooked. the chicken schezwan was bland, the monglian beef was more onions than beef and also tasted like nothing. we also ordered the mont lemonade which was 90% ice 10% lemonade. the service was not the best too had to ask twice for everything even napkins. overall not a good experience at all would not recommend to anyone

It’s time to close the store out fix the issue. Usmania’s standard has gone down day by day. Quality of food and taste is compromised but prices are increased. They give you tons of batter in the name of meat. Sharing this review after multiple incidents. All pics attached. Ordered orange chicken and half of it were just lumps of batter fried and the rest are coated in thick batter. Orders fried shrimp and again very thick batter coating with overcooked rubbery tiny shrimps. Ordered chicken lollipops and it was overcooked, more towards burnt and doesn’t even look like lollipops.
