We found this spot on our way from Toronto to NYC and we're so glad we did! The portions were great, prices good, and our waitress was super nice and happy. We got omelets, and the home fries were amazing! We really needed and appreciated those coffee refills. Definitely recommend it!

Solid 4.5 across the board, losses a start on the food side mainly because there was no pork alternative for the breakfast sausage and bacon option, and the OJ tasted like the syrup bag style. Other than that, eggs, home fries, toast, bacon according to the wife were all delicious and fairly poisoned. Our server was fantastic, food was out relatively quick and the bill for 2 people, decent sized breakfast, OJ and tea all came out to about $43. Not bad in today's economy. My wife and I visited here on a Monday morning for breakfast. I had the ham and cheese omelet with rye toast and home fries. My wife had the souvlaki omelet with no toast or home fries. Both breakfasts were very delicious. Mary Jean was our server and she was very friendly and efficient with our orders. Christe's is a nice comfortable restaurant with friendly servers and a nice clean dining room. We enjoyed our meal and our time here. We will definitely visit here again.
