visited this IHOP location on Friday, 5/29/26. I understood it would be busy because of graduation events, but I did not expect to wait almost 3 hours for our food while multiple tables around us — who were seated after us — received their meals first. When our food finally arrived, it was cold. While waiting, I walked past the kitchen several times and noticed many plated meals sitting on the counters instead of under the warmers.
