This location is amazing. The food here is delicious and always fresh. Customer service is on point. Lily, Aaron, and Aubrie took care of my wife and I today. They were all so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. I work at Panda Express in Morningside heights and from one restaurant to another, you guys sure doing great!!

Honestly, this is my go to midday office meal. Of all the sort of desk-worker "bowls" available, this one's the best and it's not even close. But specifically, I wanna give a special shout out to Aaron, Juni, Jose, Patience (I know I misspelled that), and LILLY who seriously make me care at all. They are the familiar faces in the anonymity that is downtown Manhattan. They have the best attitude, they are genuinely decent human beings, and are THE reason I keep coming back.

This CAVA gives you small portions of meat compared to every other CAVA. I mentioned it to the person at the register & she then notified the kitchen supervisor/manager. He then informed me that it’s only 1 level scoop of meat for a regular portion. I told him that every other CAVA gives you 2 scoops. He told me that he’s strick on the portions but still gave me more chicken. I assumed that the portions of meat were 4 oz per meal. The serving spoon they use looks like it’s less than a 2oz serving spoon and had chicken stuck on it. Not sure if I’ll come here again. Please show the kitchen staff
