I stopped in tonight and, unfortunately, left feeling just as irritated as I usually do after visiting this location. When I walked in, there was only one person ahead of me in line. Roughly 30 seconds to a minute after I arrived, another customer came in behind me. Wow! I am completely blown away by how amazing this chipotle is. I’m not from the area and took a gamble eating at this chipotle. I’ve never had hot food from the restaurant this was absolutely delicious, and the service was great.

PLEASE CLEAN THIS STORE If I have to move cheese from previous orders to cash out...at the Pad checkout...seriously?? Is there ANY reason why you cannot schedule dining room checks for dirty tables and trash every 15 mins at least? A dirty restaurant in a post covid society...to go please!!

i ordered online around 1:40 and it told me my order was ready at 2 but i ended up waiting until around 2:30 to get my food. they kept asking for my name but never did anything when i told them my order said ready at 2. they lost the receipt apparently so they quickly made my bowl after 30 minutes of waiting. then my bowl had barely anything in it… how are you going to make me wait an hour for an empty bowl? this location needs to work better during rushes and step it up.
