After going to two Taco Bell’s and a different Wendy’s on Polaris prkwy, this place was actually open with people working! It was 12:12am, they were open until 1am. The food turned out great too and the staff was really nice. Everything was fresh my wife ordered food too but ate before I could snap a photo lol. She’s happy with it too :) I ordered a bacon cheddar cheeseburger combo, and my wife ordered a grilled chicken combo with extra sauce, and the extra sauce was actually there. 🙌 This is a Saturday night, not sure the hours any other time but the other fast food places I went to either d

I have been to this Wendy's more than once and Everytime I go the service moves at a snails pace- I went for breakfast once and they told me to pull up... I was the only one there. I proceeded to wait so long (because I had paid) that I was late to work. I actually ended up walking in and asking for my order. Well today my husband and I pulls into the drive through, yes it was lunch, yes, it was busy, yes I understand you are trying to keep things moving- he orders, I go to ask for what I want and for the life of me I cannot think of the drink I wanted and my meal came with a drink. The Manager here, the older gentleman is SO RUDE. He has an attitude speaking to customers and more importantly he is rushing his employees. Someone needs to tell him managing does not mean micro managing. I barely pulled up to the window and was about to be handed my drinks by the worker before he pushed his way passed him and then asked me to pull forward. This also resulted in the wrong drink order and missing sauce which I fully place the blame on the manager. It is so important to create a good environment for your employees and good moral not being fast with service.

I placed a large order and when I got to the window, I was handed the wrong bag. After the bag was already in my car, the employees took it back and gave it to the customer behind me which should not happen once food has already been handed out and touched.On top of that, I ordered fries and was told I’d need to wait. I understood, but after waiting about 5 minutes I was still given cold fries. On top of that , I was charged for a large Frosty when I only ordered a medium .The entire experience was frustrating. The customer service was unprofessional, and I felt disrespected. This location ne
