During my last drive-through visit, the staff failed to meet my expectations when they declined my request for a small coffee, instructing me to purchase a medium instead. Despite my suggestion to fill the medium cup to the small level, a solution that seemed logical, they cited a shortage of small cups resulting from a truck delay. The staff's unwillingness to offer alternatives reflected poorly on the customer service, and I have decided not to return.

Do not go to the store they should investigate the entire staff of their incompetence and their carelessness with their customers. Never greeted anybody when entering the store/drive thru never thanking them as they leave the business ungrateful employees should not be working there. Also ordered food didn’t get what I ordered and was not treated very fairly when I complained about. They did offer to replace the item when I called but by the time I got home it was too late for me to drive all the way back to waste my time to get this taken care of. They need to do better or find another job if

So i came here yesterday ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, I said it three times at speaker. When I opened it ,it was an English muffin with sausage and cheese. I called spoke to a supervisor Christy she was very nice and helpful, apologized. And told me to come back for a replacement sandwich. I came back today ordered my sandwich, as it WAS Correct on the screen at the drive thu. So when I went to eat my sandwich it just sausage on a dry biscuit no cheese!! I use to come to this location twice a day but stopped to just morning. Now I'm going to wake up earlier to go to a different location. The staff is rude as hell! Good luck trying to get any decent customer service. There are only 2 good employees which will probably get moved to the Ford location like always. If the owner was smart they would get rid of the toxic employees.
