This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering through Uber Eats. My order arrived missing the meat—the main part of the meal. When I called, I was told someone would bring it. Shortly after, they called back saying they couldn’t deliver it and asked me to pick it up the next day. I had already paid for delivery, yet I still had to go out of my way to fix their mistake. I agreed only because I was told the order would include the sides. When I got there, they handed me just the meat—no sides at all. To make matters worse, there was a hair in the food. So not only was my order wrong

The food at this place is delicious and the staff is very friendly and courteous!!! BUT 95% of all the times that I order food for pickup they give me an estimate as to how long the food is going to take to be ready and it’s all lies… they could tell me that it will be ready in 15, 20 months, 25 or even 30 mins but once I get there at the time they told me to come I end up waiting for at least another 15-20 mins. It really is a bummer since I’m only given an hour for lunch at my job and just to pick the food up takes me more than actually enjoying their delicious food.. most of the times I ord
