Today was an amazing experience at Conch Heaven. My husband and I drove 2 hrs for this food, and it was beyond worth it. 1. Everyone was so friendly. They were busy but were never rude. 2. The food was so fresh and didn't take long. 3. The tropical punch is made in-house. It's a bahama mama without the rum. So delicious. I will definitely be back.

Was coming from out of town and leaving the next day before they open. Literally sped there after getting off the plane because google said they closed at 6 pm. Arrived about 5:40 which is a whole 20 mins before closing. Just wanted conch salad and shrimp salad. Mind you the door was still open and it was still people inside. As soon as I tried to order a Light skinned lady didn’t even let me get anything out my mouth before saying “we’re closed”. Conch Heaven and what it use to be!

I ordered a conch salad and stepped away for a few minutes. Normally it takes a while because they make it fresh. This time the rude attendant gave me an order from the refrigerator. When I got home to enjoy it i opened the top, the salad had a foul Odor, it was spoiled. I immediately called the restaurant and explained that I was on my way to return the conch salad. When I arrived she locked the door. I managed to speak to the manager on site and he told me that he couldn’t give me a refund or replace with a fresh salad, I showed him my receipt and he told me to come back in the morning to sp
