Overall, just a fantastic experience. I was new to Vital Root and a friend encouraged we go here for lunch. Glad we did. It was a little early for lunch so I opted for the breakfast burrito and a hibiscus. Margarita. My friend opted for the vegan bacon wrap sandwich. Both were top-notch full of flavor. Couldn’t ask for anything more. They have a lot of options on the menu for vegetarians, vegans, and non-vegans. Will be visiting soon again. I've been here a few times with family or friends, and every time the food is incredibly flavorful and beyond satisfying. Everything they have is very healthy and they have multiple vegetarian and vegan options. I'm a vegan and I got the orange tofu bowl with avocado and Sriracha added, which was recommended by Gabbi; I can't thank her enough for such a wonderful suggestion (and great service)! It tastes better than any orange chicken/tofu that I can remember and is the perfect mixture of flavors and textures. I'm not sure how they make the food taste as good as it does, but I highly recommend

This is the spot to come for feel good food. You leave feeling nourished. The hot honey and maple mustard sauce are out of this world. My only complaint is the side of waffle fries should be larger given they cost $7. I really appreciate all the gluten free options! We will definitely be back to try more.

Amazing vegan options in addition to plenty of things for everything eaters! A perfect spot with plenty of choices for dates, friend groups, solo co-working, and everything in between. There's a lovely outdoor seating area out back with heaters when it's chilly. Great portion sizes & price-quality ratio. So grateful they have some great vegan breakfast options!
