Trashy food. I ordered a a grilled beef and it’s under cooked. I told the waiter about it. and I didn’t do anything!! So I called the number they provided for feedback and wanted to tell the owner of the issue. But the lady that answered the call hang up on me when I simply asked her is the owner is there. Then I called back and no one pick up the call again!! So rude and trashy.

Pho Tan is a new Vietnamese restaurant that serves tasty Pho and other Vietnamese staples like Banh Mi and grilled meats. What makes this place special is their quick and responsive customer service. After we got seated and placed our orders, our food was served - without exaggeration- under five minutes! And mind you, the place is packed with customers. Overall, please support this new spot in Northern Boulevard. Places like this that prioritize good customer service must be kept in business.
