Mariah at the bakery was a very pleasant individual and went above and beyond to take my order. When I arrived to pick up my cake, it was still being prepared, but I only had to wait about 5–10 minutes. It was absolutely worth the wait. The cake was incredibly fresh and truly spectacular. Her craftsmanship is the best across the board. Please recognize and appreciate the great work this individual puts into her job. Keep up the great work!

Employee Frank G was very rude and unprofessional and that is not how you treat customers especially at a grocery store. We were polite as he was stocking up and we asked him if we can squeeze by where he was at to grab something and he said “that’s odd” and looked at us weird. My bf confronted him and said if we have a problem because we weren’t rude to him for him to make a comment like that. Spoke to the manager at the time and she didn’t care at all to control the situation. Very unprofessional and very rude the employee frank as none of that was needed

Order was online for Boulder Crossing Store. Online order delivered was wrong and my order was short some items and the “package deal price” was not given. So I paid too much ( advertised deal) and did not receive essential ingredients for my order. When I called the store they did not offer a remedy and said it was my fault and they could not help. The acting manager ( or department supervisor) then told me it was my fault, and hung up on me. I have been a loyal Albertsons shopper for 40 years. And have always enjoyed their kind attention and pricing and customer service. After t
