I had such an amazing experience at Maison Provenance last night. The ambiance was cozy, charming, and truly felt like a beautiful French escape in Brooklyn. Chef Lolo was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and kind. He made us feel like part of the family, which made the entire evening even more special. I walked into this restaurant with my fiancé last night without really knowing what to expect. We were at the end of a very long day, and just needed a place to sit down and recharge. We were immediately taken by the charming decor, and the incredibly warm service. We ordered the duck breast fettuccine, the buratta and bread to start, and the crêpe with lamb, sausage and egg. Everything was amazing, fresh ingredients, and thoughtfully prepared by a considerate staff. However, the fettuccine with duck breast is the star of the show. Easily the best pasta I’ve had in New York City.
