I've been about 4 times now and the food is consistent and DELICIOUS! I have ordered the jackfruit wrap, bean soup, and jackfruit eggs rolls. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Whenever I am in NJ I make sure to stop by to grab some their delicious vegan food.

Googled “vegan restaurants near me” while in town for a memorial service and discovered Shokra. And what a beautiful experience. I was greeted by warm, smiling faces and offered a cool and delicious watermelon slushie sample. I ordered the jackfruit cheesesteak on spinach wrap and yucca fries. Every bite was flavorful and the yucca was seasoned to perfection.

Xcite Your Senses Shokra Soups sure did Xcite my Senses. Imani recommended the Destiny Bowl off their menu and I was met with a flavorful bite. Their plant based menu offers a lot for your palette and I will definitely continue to comeback and try more off their menu.

Welcoming, comfy spot. Immediately glimpsed the Chakra posters and crystal bowl on the counter. Ok! 😃 First time here and I am given a sample of each soup, chili, etc. Wow! Difficult to choose. They have build your own wrap and more. In the rear of this space is a vegan bakery! I shop while I wait for my order. Wide assortment of bakery items! I tried all the ones I bought and was extremely surprised!
